PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order through this website with us you will be deemed to have read , understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an order number and confirmation that your order has been received. A contract between you and Panfili Mirrors & Interiors for the sale of the products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. Your credit card/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed.

All our products are subject to stock levels and availability at the time or ordering.

The customer must be aware that we reserve the right to remove or change any product on our website

All goods remain property of Panfili Mirrors & Interiors until paid for in full.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value. Please see our delivery times and chargs.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

We cannot accept any responsability for fading or discolouration due to direct or indirect sunlight. Sun light affects furniture in different ways and may affect colour.

On receiving any furniture, light or accessory we ask the customer to inform us of any damages or faults within 24 hours by email with relevant photos of the damages attached.  After that point we cannot be held responsable for any damages noted and will deem these to have occured after the delivery took place.

 

Placing a Mirror Order

We can help you on selecting the best mirror carefully considering you space, style and effect that you are wishing to achieve.

This can be done over the phone or by email on the understanding that the

Information and the measurements provided are not our own measurements and we cannot be held accountable for any errors.

Most of our mirrors are in stock and it is our aim to fulfil any orders within 4 to 6 weeks

All our mirrors are checked prior to delivery.

Variation in colour and texture may occur. These are not faults in the mirror frames but a natural feature of the hand decorating.

We cannot accept any responsability for fading or discoulouration due to exposure or contact with chemical sprayed nearby the mirror frame.

 

Bespoke Service:

Bespoke Mirror items are made according to dimensions of your choosing.

As they do not fall under our standard range, it is the customers responsibility to ensure at the time of ordering that the dimensions are correct as they cannot be changes on commencing production.

Conformity of Goods:

We take care to ensure thath the description and specification of our products are correct. However , specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and only to give as close a description as possible to the actual product. Furthermore while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation , we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Prices:

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

-Ireland only -

During delivery we will bring the goods to your doorstep and we will be more than happy to position them into the room of your choice. However as our insurance only covers to your front door, we must point out that we are unable to accept liability for any occurance that might take place theron.

We will ensure that all packaging is removed unless requested not to do so.

All dates quoted for delivery of goods are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. W cannot be held responsable for any delays on delivery dates. We will inform you in writing of any changes to that date.

Home delivery times for furniture & mirrors are from Monday to Friday and we will advice the customer by email as soon as we can prior the delivery time.

Delivery will be carried out by a member of our staff within 4/6 weeks or 6/8 weeks  -depending on item

The customer must ensure that there is appropriate access for furniture and mirror delivery at the point of ordering and that door heights, access points etc are checked in advance.  We cannot be held responsible for difficulties with access on delivery.

 

For any shipments outside Ireland please contact us directly.

Cost: 

Euro 50-  Within 50km

Euro 100- Within 120km

Euro 150- Within 220km

Professional Mirror Fitting : Euro 35- per Mirror

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or refund it for the purchase price of your merchandise.

Simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt and we will promptly process your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging

We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item, damaged). Otherwise shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Panfili Mirror & Interiors is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.

All returns must be returned back to Panfili Mirrors & Interiors within 14 days of receipt

REFUNDING DELIVERY CHARGES

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery fees placed for online orders unless the reason for return was our fault.
